I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that works with young adults and college students that may be navigating challenges with depression, anxiety, OCD, and related disorders. My work aims to help individuals live in alignment with their values and utilize skills to overcome their fears! I specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help clients target and manage symptoms that impact their functioning and daily life. Additionally, I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to integrate skills into our work. I value bringing compassion, authenticity, and fun to the therapy space. I firmly believe that progress is not linear, and enjoy helping navigate their goals and build resilience.
